Wonder if anyone can help - I have been noticing a burning smell which I was told could be connected to the clutch. When de-clutching in gear I notice a creaking sound -has this happened to anyone else?

I can't really advise, Geoff, but we also have a bit of a squeaky clutch on our (05) FR-V. No burning smell. I've noticed the squeak or creaking mentioned in relation to other Hondas when I have done a Google search. We've only just got the FR-V, have traded in our Jazz. I think I will speak to the Service guy at our dealer.

I had a squeaky clutch on my FR-V 2006 also, but it was repaired at my last visit at the service by replacing some plastic plug and adding some grease for couple of €. It is annoying, but shouldn cause the clutch to burn.
