"New Member" I own a 1997 CR-V ES. The Malfunction Indicator Light flashed up today and engine stalled. Started again and returned home to check up in manual as had never seen this before.

The manual says something about emissions and although the light has not flashed up again, I wondered if any other owner has had this problem and what, if, the solution to it is. I've owned Japanese cars a number of years but this is the first time I have come across an event of this nature. Any help/advice would be most welcome. Thanks. tc
