Intermittent power loss - no fault codes - HELP!!

Hi,

my Honda garage just don't believe me!!! Twice I have taken the car in and twice they have told me there are no fault codes so everything is fine - I'm going CRAZY

For the past 4 months my Honda Cr-V (2003-4) has been driving me crazy. The problem is when the engine is warm. I can be driving along at a constant speed and it feels as if someone is tugging the car, for only a split second. There is no visual change in revs - it is totally intermittent, with no pattern. When idling it is completely fine, no differences in revs. However, more recently at 1st or 2nd gear in slow traffic it will bunny hop - requiring a quick stab on the clutch to stop it going into the back of another car. Again, this is intermittent.

My garage have hitched it up to the computer and no fault codes have come up. They have said they can take the engine apart - but how much will this cost??

I love my CR-V but increasingly hating the fact that it may let me down. Can anyone help or advise me??
