I have a 98 CR-V and it won't start ! it has full power and it is behaving like its still in drive (Its a 4 speed column shift) and as you are probably aware the vehicle is as dead as a dodo when in any other position apart from "P" (park) is selected when starting the vehicle just wondering if this is a common problem ? with either the column shift itself or as I think it might be a modukle failure
When the ignition key is turned the gear selected display shows the vehicle to be in "P" but also for a few seconds in "D4"
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
Regards
Karl
