First post! It' feels nice!

Hi All, i'm hoping I can get some advice. I've bought the above car with only 34K miles on. It's really nice but I have some annoying features.

1. Clutch Judder. When I slip the clutch, e.g. starting off in second, I get a slight judder as the clutch engages. I can't imagine it's a worn clutch as it's only done 34K miles and it doesn't "slip".

2. Transmission whip. maybe related to the above. When I firstly press the accelerator I get a whip as if the injection system is initially throwing in too much fuel. Iv'e checked the engine mounts and they seem to be fine. It is even noticable on cruise control, especially when going down a slight hill and the cruise is accelerating slightly to maintain the speed.

If anyone can offer any advice please let me know. I might have to take it to Honda to get their expert advice, but it's expensive...
