I have a 2009 CRV which has developed a squeaky clutch pedal, I understand that this is a known fault but has anybody had the same problem and is it easily rectified under warranty?

Obvioulsy I could just turn the radio up but it bugs me, particularly when Im in traffic.

Problem solved, had to a new pedal box fitted under warranty. Apparently this normally affects earlier CRV's but the lubrication that was first tried didnt work, hence the replacement.

You mention you had the pedal box replaced under warranty - did they tell you how much this would have cost if no warranty?

Sorry no idea of costs on replacement out of warranty, however the squeak seems to have come back so I will be seeking further explanantions when it gets serviced next month.
