I have recently traded in my Honda Civic 2.2 CDti EX for the more spacious Honda Accord 2.2 Dtec EX GT. Albeit not New its only 6 months old, I had a Tunit VC-R fitted to my Honda Civic and Tunit tell me that it is the same unit for the 2.2 Dtec Engine. This is all fine and well but the Dtec Engine is different to the CDti engine! So does anyone know where I am supposed to fit the Tunit unit in the Dtec Engine? There is a connection the the offside rear of the engine but is it the correct one? The car is still under warranty and I do not want to plug it into the wrong place?

I have located where the VC-R Tunit unit goes under the bonnet. Yes I did end up getting it fitted by a Tunit installer. It was fitted where I suspected however but I could not take any chances. So facing the window screen the unit plugs in on the aft off side part of the engine bay on a almost hidden connector. I can send pictures but am unable to down load them using opera.When I want to attach an image all I get is [img] which is not helpful????
