Hi have just managed to source some roof rails from a scrap yard, my CRV it is a Y reg 2001, the car it came from was a later 2001 model, I have popped off the rubber trip and located the bolts that secure the roof rails to the car but the threads are not long enough to go though the roof rails for the bolts to screw onto, can differnt bolts be found to do this job, were the roof rails changed part way through 2001.
