FR-V Towing electrics

I have a couple of questions if anyone can help

1. Where is the connector in the boot to attach the towing electrics too?
2. Does the car require a bypass relay? 2006 model

click on the manuals (top right hand corner in red) this has the detailed Illustrated fitting instructions.
