what engine oil crv 2.0 se 2002 auto

hi ,does anybody no what grade oil to use has i keep getting conflicting advise from different outlets.the problem is that the tappits chatter a bit and this is caused by having the wrong oil as they are hydraulic and not adjustable any ideas .????

My brother has one of these, i'll check with him and post back. i take it you've checked the handbook?
